Morganti and Thomason-Stevens as a Joint Venture recently completed this $17,800,000 5-story Condominium in the heart of downtown Stamford, CT. The brick covered residential high-rise consisted of 92 luxury apartments containing high end finishes and complex millwork with a first level as a parking garage for the owners. Mill River House was awarded a coveted Award of Merit in the Residential category form New York Construction magazine as part of its “Best of 2006" Program.
