Phase 1 consists of demolition of the courtyard and construction of a new mechanical yard, new cafeteria, and new kitchen; also included in Phase 1 is a new 2-story classroom building. Phase 2 involves selective demolition and reconstruction of the restrooms within the existing buildings to remain. Phase 3 comprises the selective demolition and complete renovation of Buildings A and B. When completed, this elementary school will have the capacity for 880 students. Our work at Fenwick Elementary School involves 78, 790 sf: 44,887 sf of renovation and 33,903 sf of new construction. Renovations included classrooms, special education areas, health clinic, life skills classroom, restrooms, cafeteria and kitchen. Upgrades included mechanical systems and new power circuits for computer requirements. Repairs included road and damaged parking area.
