A long two-year project now complete, as the ribbon cutting marks the end of a project that will positively impact thousands. Martin County Fire Station #14 will support the surrounding neighborhoods and beyond, increasing service and response times. The one-story fire station contains three fire truck bays, eight dorm rooms with offices, separate captain and battalion chief quarters, a large commercial kitchen, and a gymnasium. The building features new communication systems for call alerting, a detached generator building, and a water retention system.
