As Construction Manager at Risk, Morganti completed Phase 1 of a new 224,000 sf technical high school and corresponding site work on the existing school site for the State of Connecticut. Pre-Construction services included constructability reviews, site logistics, scheduling, and budgeting for several design schemes.

The school consists of common areas of administrative offices, a gymnasium, an auditorium, a kitchen/cafeteria, and a media center, and the technical academic spaces include mechanical, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, industrial/manufacturing, digital, automotive, medical, art, culinary, and beauty.
