Ridgefield Bank Names Morganti

Robert J. Morganti, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Morganti Group Inc. of Ridgefield, has been named to the board of directors of The Ridgefield Bank.
Mr. Morganti's firm is one of the nation's largest construction companies, with subsidiaries in Southbury, Washington, D.C., Houston, and Florida.
He is also a partner with his two brothers in John Morganti and Sons, a real estate company here.
Mr. Morganti had previously served as a director of the Danbury Savings and Loan and "brings 20 years of experience to the Ridgefield Bank,'' said President Gary Smith.
A native of Ridgefield, Mr. Morganti lives here with his wife, Pamela.
