Morganti Putting the Final Touches on PS 138x Project

Final touches are underway at P.S. 138 Samuel Randall in Bronx, NY! Morganti is wrapping up the new three-story addition, which features a modern entrance, cafeteria, administrative suite, and 23 classrooms, including art, music, and special education, just in time for the first day of school. Built to the 2019 NYC Green School Guidelines with energy-efficient design, this project adds vital space for students while the original building remained fully operational throughout construction.
