A seasoned construction executive with over 20 years of experience and a proven track record of managing over $1.5 billion in contracts across both public and private sectors, Joe comes to us after serving as the Chief Executive of a New York-based construction firm. With expertise spanning multiple market segments, including wastewater treatment, transportation, energy/utilities, justice system, emergency response, residential/affordable housing, and education, Joe has led significant projects in the New York City region, and we are happy to welcome him to our team.
