The Morganti Group Inc. Names New President & CEO

DANBURY, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--The Morganti Group Inc., a 104-year-old construction company, has named Thamer Rushaidat as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. The move is part of the company’s succession plan, which was confirmed by Morganti’s Board of Directors in January 2019.

With a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering, Mr. Rushaidat is no stranger to Morganti or its previous parent company Consolidated Contractors Group S.A.L. (CCC). He has spent the last 25 years moving through the ranks of both firms from site engineer and project manager to group manager then Deputy CEO/CFO and now to president and CEO. Mr. Rushaidat is certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP), a LEED Green Associate, a Professional Architect in Project Management, and a Chief of Projects Management (Consultant Grade A). His resume includes vast experience in the management of large-scale projects, including water and wastewater treatment plants, systems and power stations, hospitals, hotels and high-rise residential projects.
Mr. Rushaidat joined Morganti in 1995, and his journey with the company has taken him to 10 different countries across four different continents. “Along the way,” he says, “I learned a very valuable lesson: The road to success and client satisfaction is grounded in embracing our history and encouraging diversity, creativity and critical thinking in our workforce.”
